To turn a small object into a rabbit: Lapifors. Point your wand at the object and say Lapifors! It is pronouced lap-I-fors.

Susan stood in front of the board re reading wat she wrote, making sure it was all correct. She smiled and than went to the back of her desk and brought out two boxes for the kids to use. She hoped they would like this class. She was wearing her royal blue dress today with her hair haging loosly down her back.

Timothy slipped into class and took a seat toward the back. He was naturally bad at Transfiguration anyway, and the turn over in teachers wasn't helping anything. He couldn't help but hope this teacher knew her stuff too.

Susan saw a slytherin boy enter and smiled at him. "Hello you are...?" She asked waiting for him to answer, she hoped that she would get to know their names soon.

Tim looked up at the new Professor, "I'm Tim Morrigan."

Susan nodded smiling. "Okay Tim, when you have taken your noted you may come up here and grab a beetle and a box." She motioned to the boxes in front of her. "Try the beetle first and then the rabbit." She smiled.

Tim nodded and made his way to the front of the classroom. He couldn't help but smile as he looked down at the beetles, and hoped that this didn't get too messy for the little thing.

He grabbed one of the beetles and the boxes and took them back to his seat. He concentrated on how he felt when he had managed to make one of these transfiguration spells work, then pointed his wand at the beetle, and incanted, "Coleaptera Boto!"

He tried not to laugh as the beetle turned sort of plastic looking and started scurrying around his desk. He didn't think it was possible for a bug to look so distressed, but here it was...

Tim raised his hand, "Uhmmm... Professor? How do you fix this?"

Susan laughed and walked over to Tim, she was wondering where her other students was. She flicked her wand at the beetle, putting it back to normal. "To change it back flick your wand and say 'Coleoptera Robo'." she smiled. "You was saying the spell wrong though my dear. It's Coleoptera Boto not Coleaptera Boto." She smiled and watched him do it again.

Tim nodded and focused on the change in his mind. He waited until he had the picture clearly fixed in his thoughts before he pointed his wand at the beetle and incanted, "Coleoptera Boto." He snorted in laughter as the bug popped like a piece of popcorn. "I think I'm still not getting something about this Professor."

Susan chuckled and walked over to Tim. "Okay try to flick yur wand a little when yu point it at the bettle." She took her wand out. "Like this." She gave her wand a little flick and pronounced clearly. "Coleoptera Boto." The beetle turned into a black button. "Try again Tim, you are almost there." She gave him another beetle and watched him to see if it made it correct.

Tim nodded and focused on the new beetle. He concentrated again, pointed his wand at the little creature and incanted, "Coleoptera Boto." Giving his wand a small flick just as he finished the incantation.

Tim blinked at the small plastic button sitting on his desk and then smiled, "Thank you Professor."

Susan smiled brightly. "Well done Tim, almost perfect." She inspected the button. ""Yes if you practised more this would be perfect. In your owls this would grant you a Exceeds Expectation." She smiled. "I am very proud. Would you like to try to turn a object into a rabbit or try again with the beetle?" She asked kindly.

Tim chuckled and then replied, "I should probably keep working with the beetle for now. I blew one of them up, and there's rather more blood in a rabbit."
