I've reorganized the list alphabetically so that it's easier to scan.

Please note the new rule: no face claims can be made without a character profile. I decided to add the rule because I'd like to be able to update the list with some degree of certainty about the character's existence on the site. It gets a little too time-consuming to have to keep checking the list to make sure that everyone on it is an active character. Plus, it's only fair that players who put in the effort to make a profile should have first dibs on models for their characters.
